File system -Uniqe mount points

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):

Describe the issue:
I have same nfs mount points mounted in many servers . I need get them to a line graph
with x axis being time stamp and then Y axis get mount points used %. But for the same mount point in different servers I get one line each. How can I make this to get only one
line per one mount point irrespective of the server it is mounted

you can see same mount point is duplicating for each server. Any idea how can i remove the duplicating and get it to one line
