I just started using open Distro this week and I followed these steps to get Elasticsearch up running but ran into errors
1. docker pull amazon/opendistro-for-elasticsearch:1.7.0
2. docker run -p 9200:9200 -p 9600:9600 -e "discovery.type=single-node" amazon/opendistro-for-elasticsearch:1.7.0
result of docker run command is

After these I try to see if elasticsearch is running using this command outside any container with local host IP and then from inside opendistroelastic container with its own IP and Elasticsearch is running
curl -XGET https://localhost:9200 -u admin:admin --insecure
curl -XGET https://ContainerIP:9200 -u admin:admin --insecure
But when I try to access this Ip and port from outside on my web browser, I dont see elasticsearch connecting.
Below is my elasticsearch.yml
