Kibana should support custom time ranges for panels since v7.4:

However, I’m running v7.9.1 (OD 1.11) and I can’t find that option from panel menus in dashboard. has anybody else experienced the same issue?
We too are experiencing this issue. It is a very important feature. Now there are many Kibana features like this which are missing for OD.
Per Panel Timerange is in x-pack thus not included in Opendistro
This is a very important feature for us, the lack of which makes a lot of our visualization useless. Are there any plans to implement it?
