Creating custom roles in the Opensearch Dashboard Security

Describe the issue:

Hello,

I need to create two custom roles in the OpenSearch Dashboard using the Security page.
The first one would allow mapped users to view, create, modify, save, delete visualisations and dashboards and download reports from visualisations and dashboards in the Global tenant, and I want to restrict access to the Dev Tools to those users.

The second one would allow mapped users to view visualisations and dashboards and download reports from visualisations and dashboards in the Global tenant, and I want to restrict access to the Dev Tools to those users as well.

What cluster and index permissions do I need to add when creating those roles?
