Change index policy in gui

when apply change policy to current index with another policy
even after select one or multiple current index it again asks to select index
it also doesnt accept * wildcard when change policy

change button doesnt work and gets stuck here

this could be bug in latest dashboard version
also copy policy duplicate policy could be added as feature
