Applying a role to domain users

Hello! I can’t figure out how to apply the administrator role to some domain users?
I need to do this without using roles on the domain server, but configure it locally on opensearch
i want to apply admin role to 3 people with specific cn
what settings need to be changed in roles_mapping.yml\config.yml file

Instead of backend_role in roles_mapping.yml, you should use a username.
