I guess you want to send an alert on your “data.sta…” = “TOTF fails” and contain some relevant information contained in the corresponding log?
Maybe try to take a look at and understand the following thread. I think there the Author achieved something similar to yours:
In your case I think you first have to set up properly working email notifications before you can use Alerts with those.
