# Per document monitor output with doc's fields

**Versions** (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser): v2.9.0

**Describe the issue** : The per document monitor is a great addition! However our observability / alerting teams think it would be really useful to be able to retrieve the fields from the document that triggers the monitor and pass any of those existing values through to the SNS message.
