# Overview available in the Management section even when management is disabled

**Versions** (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser): 2.18.0

**Describe the issue** :  
`management.enabled` is disabled in the `opensearch_dashboards.yml` file. The management section with overview is still visible. It worked in version 2.4. After migration to 2.18.0, the section is present on the dashboard.

**Configuration** :  
The issue can be reproduced by using the example docker-compose configuration: [Docker - OpenSearch Documentation](https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/install-and-configure/install-opensearch/docker/#sample-docker-compose-file-for-development) with _managment.enabled: false_
