**Versions** 2.9.0

When I go to my index pattern in dashboards, it says that there are 12 mapping conflicts, or sometimes that number may change. With earlier versions of Kibana typing conflict would display the fields. I tried same thing in dashboards but no dice. Is there a way to identify them? I have 1400 fields in my index

@stecino I understand that you’re looking for this kind of functionality in OpenSearch Dashboards. Is that correct?

If yes, then I suggest opening a feature request in [OpenSearch Dashboards GitHub](https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards/issues).

Please share the GitHub feature request link if you decide to open one.
