# Error installing with default configuration

**Versions** (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser): 2.7

**Describe the issue** : I am trying to install OpenSearch 2.7 through Helm with the default configuration, but the master pods go into CrashLoopBackOff.

**Configuration** : default

@AleksandarIvanov I suspect this is the output “kubectl describe pod” command.  
Have you checked the logs (kubectl logs \<pod\_name\>)?
