I added an OID to all my certificates but I cannot find the configuration item/name/setting for defining the OID used in my certificates.
If I set the nodes_dn everything works as expected.
Search-guard uses
searchguard.cert.oid: <String>

Is anyone using OID for their cluster ?
I find it hard to believe that everyone is maintaining lists for nodes… or some wildcard certificates…
For anyone needing this.
The setting that needs to be used in elasticsearch.yml is the following:
opendistro_security.cert.oid: 'id_of_cluster.....'
