# Bug in the Index State Management plugin

**Versions** (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):  
OpenSearch 2.11.1, ISM 2.11.1.0

**Describe the issue** :  
Bring up OpenSearch  
Access the Index State Management plugin  
(you don’t need to do anything in the plugin)  
Switch to the Reporting (or any other) plugin  
See that the URL is messed up and includes a reference to ‘index-policies’

**Configuration** :  
Running OpenSearch in a docker container

**Relevant Logs or Screenshots** :  
Errors in console are:

If I switch to the Notifications plugin, the problem is worse. OpenSearch cycles trying to fetch the wrong objects for 100s of calls.

I can’t believe this is something just I have run into. Has someone else found the fix for this?

I found the problem. This is no longer an issue.
