# API to download reports

Hi,

Is there an api supported to download a dashboard? I would like to get the dashboard and use it to send as an attachment via email/slack.

This feature is great on the OG [Elastic.co](http://Elastic.co) kibana. I’d also love to see it here as well. Is it on any roadmap?

@VK1 @oliver Has any workaround been found to programmatically download the report? Is there an API available? I have an urgent requirement for this.
